Ano, není to pravda, má i standardní RJ-45 ethernet, pouze nemá napájení přes PoE a musí se vždy připojit přes DC adaptér, tedy přivést k ní 12 V. Viz specifikace výrobce: External Link

Není pravda, Reolink dává ke všem WiFi kamerám napájecí prodlužovací kabel 4,5 m.
