Dobrý den,
dotaz trochu nechápu, no jestli je nutné ho mít v racku - není, server tu máme taky na stole v rackové skříni a taky funguje, že.
A s těmi konektory - má to 2 gigabitové ETHERNET LANy, takže konektor RJ-45 (klasická "kostička" od UTP kabelu), a 2 desetigigabitové SFP+ šachty, takže pokud vám bude gigabit ethernet málo, tak to připojíte na optický kabel 10 gbit SFPčkem standardu SFP+, tam už pak můžete mít konektory zase libovolné (pravděpodobně nějaké LC), jaké podporuje vámi zvolené SFPčko.
