obsah cholesterolu není nulový, ale je to někde pod 0,1 %. Tedy necelých 100 mg na 100 g. Je nutné říct, že syrovátkový protein je potravinou, která snižuje hodnoty jak LDL, tak celkového cholesterolu v séru."

To neřeš je v tom 10g cukrů a mnohem méně bílkovin než uvádějí. Takže kam asi půjdou ty přihozené cukry?
