Použil jsem tuto alternativní cartridge poprvé . Po pár sekundách napouštění mi Windows 10 oznámily chybu a na displayi Epsonu Stylus Photo PX 660 pořád - cca 10 minut byl nápis, že probíhá plnění. U originálu to trvá maximálně 1 minuta. Pak mě čekání přestalo bavit, zkontroloval jsem hladiny inkoustu - což mi ukázalo, že naplnění proběhlo, ale tisknout nešlo. Co mám dělat?

Dle výrobce jsou všechny uvedené tiskárny s inkoustem plně kompatibilní. Ve vašem případě mohlo dojít ke dvěma skutečnostem - buď jste obdržel vadnou kazetu nebo jste nestrhnul ,,remove" a tak následuje popisované chování.
