Dobrý den, rád bych se zeptal, proč po správném vložení do tiskárny Pixma MG2950 tiskárna hlasí, že nerozpozná tuto cartridge. Kupoval jsem originální cartridge. Je možné zboží vrátit pokud jej mám déle zakoupené a je nefunkční přitom by mělo být kompaktibilní? Děkuji za odpovědi.
Nefungovala mi ani v MG2555. Tiskárna ji taky nerozpoznala. V Alze ji bez problémů vzali zpátky a koupil jsem originál. Ta už byla kompatibilní, opakuji - kompatibilní. :)
