Dobrý deň, na konci septembra som objednala a zaplatila dva alternatívne tonery na samsung D111-S (značky PRINT IT), po vložení do tlačiarne prvý toner fungovala asi týždeň, následne začalo vypisovať chybu, že toner v tlačiarni nie je (chýba tonerová kazeta). Následne som teda otvorila druhé balenie, ktoré fungovalo znova asi týždeň, teraz mám v podstate dve otvorené balenia alternatívnych tonerov (úplne nových) no ani jeden v tlačiarni nefunguje (ako keby ich tlačiareň nevedela rozpoznať). Je možné tieto balenie vrátiť s nárokom aspoň na časť peňazí? Ďakujem.
