nedávno jsem u Vás zakoupil mobil Prestigio MultiPhone 5505 DUO modrý. Když zapnu sluchátka do mobilu, tak písničky musim mít hodně ztlumené, protože při větší hlasitosti mi v sluchátkách hodně šumí, sluchátka jsem použil i na počítač a bez problémů, skusil jsem i jiný sluchátka, ale pořád stejné. Můžete mi prosim vás poradit, co s tím mám skusit udělat? Nerad bych ho po třech dnech reklamoval.
