V aplikaci Polar Flow se dá nastavit automatická synchronizace se Stravou. Musí to být vždy trackovaná aktivita tzn. buď si v aplikaci Flow přes mobil spustíte aktivitu např. běh a nebo si pro Polar Loop nastavíte automatické sledování tréninku.
