Zdravím, právě zakoupený fén a bohužel mi nefunguje infračervený senzor, který nebyl ani zabezpečený proti poškození a zdá se, že poškozený je. Kontrolka žádná nesvítí. Podle manuálu by měl být zapnutý, ale bohužel. Může mi prosím někdo vysvětlit proč?

funguje Sense IQ pri nasazeni nastavce difuzeru? (zda se, ze je cidlo prekryte plastem difuzeru. Zajima mne, zda cidlo funguje, kdyz nema vizualni kontakt s vlasy?)
