Zdravím, mame tento kavovar priblizne 2 tydny a resim hlasite cerpadlo. Na zacatku je hlasitejsi, posleze se asi lepe proleje a “ztichne” - i tak je ale hlasite. Zkouseno s i bez filtru aqua clean - odvzdusneno - dokonce jsě zkoudel udelat treba 4 caje zasebou. Krom hluku jde videt i to, ze kava tece slabsim proudem - z leve dirky tece mene, jak z ze prave (tece prerusovane).
Ma tato vada narok na uznani reklamace ? Jak dlouho muze trvat tato oprava ?
Pred nim jsme meli lattego 5500 a ten byl o poznani tissi.

Kávovar máme cca 10 dnů a problém s čerpadlem máme taky. Je velmi hlasité a při chodu "drnčí" tak, že hrnek odjíždí z plochy pod vypouštěcí tryskou.
Zadávám se samostatný dotaz na reklamovatelnost tohoto problému.

Od podpory philips mi bylo receno, ze na to nebude bran zretel bohuzel .. takze za me posilat to na 30 dnu pryc a pak dostat zpet to same je zbytecne .. uvidime jak se k tomu postavi alza.. zacinam litovat vymeny lattego 5500 za tento …
