ano, ve fritéze se dá bábovka v silikonové formě upéct. Horkovzdušná fritéza však peče mnohem intenzivněji a rychleji než trouba. Nastavte teplotu o cca 20 °C nižší, než je uvedeno v receptu pro klasickou troubu, a pečte zhruba poloviční až dvoutřetinový čas. Proud vzduchu jde shora. Může se stát, že vrch bábovky už bude tmavý, ale vnitřek ještě syrový. Právě proto je důležité snížit teplotu.
