Dobrý den! Chci to vědět před nákupem, protože je velmi drahá vec, jaká je záruční doba? Co když se za měsíc anebo rok něco zlomí? Nebo se zvíře ublíží? Bohužel nevidím v košiku další možnosti, jak prodloužit záruku nebo prodloužit dobu vrácení.

Na produkt je záruční lhůta v délce 24 měsíců. Prodloužit bohužel nelze, stejně jako nelze prodloužit lhůtu pro vrácení nad rámec 14ti dnů.
Pakliže dojde v záruční lhůtě k závadě, lze produkt samozřejmě reklamovat.
