Jak mohu reklamovat sklo, u kterého cca po 14ti dnech v jedné části displeje selhalo lepidlo? Výrobce na to poskytuje záruku, ale nevím, jak to řešit s Alzou, protože reklamace se řeší s počítačem a ne s lidskou osobou.
