Dobrý den, děkuji za váš dotaz. Nevím o jaký poukaz jde, ale předpokládám, že se peníze vracet nebudou. Musíte si zakoupit zboží minimálně ve stejné hodnotě než je poukaz, abyste ho celý využil. Hezký den.
