Dobrý den, produkt fungoval cca 5 dnů bez problémů. Po jednom planém červeném alarmu došlo k problému s připojením základny k Wifi. Kontrolka připojení k Wifi nesvítí, přes aplikaci se k Wifi nelze připojit a to ani, když zkouším přidat druhou domácí druhou domácí wifi síť (samozřejmě dodržuji, že mobil má být přihlášen ve stejné wifi síti). Jak lze problém vyřešit?

Dobry den, vo videu sa spomina ze ponozka funguje iba so sietou 2,4GHz. Avsak na oficialnom webe pisu ze 2,4GHz je potrebne iba pri parovani a potom je mozne wifi prepnut do 5GHz a ponozka bude dalej fungovat: External Link toto prosim odskusane, resp. viete potvrdit, ze to tak funguje? Dakujem
