Pravděpodobně ne bez velkých úprav. Autorádia Ossuret určená pro T5 nebo Touareg mají specifický zaoblený obdélníkový tvar. Phaeton má palubní desku řešenou naprosto unikátně, kde je multimediální systém (infotainment) hluboko integrovaný do palubního počítače. Ve Phaetonu se přes originální obrazovku ovládá téměř vše – od klimatizace, nastavení podvozku až po konfiguraci sedadel. Pokud tam dáte běžné čínské rádio (jako Ossuret), přijdete o možnost ovládat tyto klíčové funkce vozu.
Pokud připojíte levnější rádio jako Ossuret (které má standardní analogový výstup) na tento digitální systém, buď nebude hrát vůbec, nebo bude hrát výrazně hůře než originál.
