Moja skúsenosť? Po roku odišla batéria – kefka sa vypínala, aj keď mala ešte približne tretinu kapacity. Niekedy vydržala bez problémov týždeň, inokedy sa po troch dňoch vypla uprostred čistenia, hoci batéria bola ešte nabitá.
Reklamáciu vybavili výmenou za nový výrobok. Ten však po čase odišiel tiež – približne dva mesiace po skončení záruky. Takže kefka za 140 € (kupovaná v roku 2024) môže ísť do smetiaka.
Dá sa to ešte niekde reklamovať, alebo už len na lampárni?
