Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem ve Vašem obchodě konvici Optimus Terra (fa.č. 2954582614). V balení byla vlastní konvička včetně pokličky a síťovaný sáček. Chybí pouzdro s nápisem Optimus Terra (viz. foto č.4) z popisu produktu. Můžete prosím prověřit, co je obsahem prodejního balení a případně to chybějící pouzdro doplnit? Předem děkuji za odpověď.
