Dobrý den, sluchátka zakoupena. Po připojení přes 3,5 mm Jack do notebooku ale hraje jen jedno sluchátko. Chtěl bych si potvrdit, že je to chyba a ne vlastnost? Děkuji

Zprvu mi taky hrálo jen jedno sluchátko. Jack na straně zapojení do sluchátek má dva výstupky, které musí zacvaknout do drážek ve sluchátkách. Pak vše fungovalo bez problému.

Mám od OneO už nějaký rok podobný typ sluchátek, ale i po připojení kabelem hrají obě strany a velmi dobře. Tento problém už se mi kdysi stal a byl problém v kabelu. Pokud je na BT vše v pořádku a kabel má problém, je ideální zkusit jiný kabel..
