Dobrý deň, podľa informácie na External Link pre uplatnenie 5-ročnej záruky už nie potrebné vypĺňať online registráciu. Avšak, v prípade reklamácie zariadenia po viac ako 2 rokoch je potrebné obrátiť sa priamo na CELIMED s.r.o. s riadne vyplneným potvrdením o záruke. Tlakomer mi bol dodaný bez vyplneného potvrdenia o záruke. Kde mám požiadať o vyplnenie a opečiatkovanie potvrdenia o záruke?

Zde uváděná čtyřletá záruka je zavádějící a není automatická. Proč klamete zákazníka nepravdivým tvrzením??Musíte se kdesi na stránkách výrobce registrovat a získat jakýsi kód záruka je pouze na přístroj nikoliv na manžetu. Bez registrace je záruka 2 roky. S adapterem do sítě se nedodává.
