Dobrý den, před pár dny jsem si koupil tento notebook. Provedl jsem všechny aktualizace a nastaveni co byly potřeba, vše proběhlo v pořádku. No potom jsem si chtěl postahovat nějaké hry, takže jsem začal witcherem 3 ze steamu, po nějaké době (ca hodina) mi notebook úplně zamrznul a absolutně na nic nereagoval, jedině na tvrdý restart tlačítkem. Takže jsem to zkusil ještě 2-3x dostahovat, ale pokaždé to po čase zamrzlo a nic. Steamem to nebylo, protože jsem zkoušel i odjinud stahovat, i jiné hry a opět zasek.
Takže se ptám, čím to může být? Mám notebook reklamovat?

Těžko říct, spíš to bude na SW úrovni, špatná aktualizace, špatný ovladač...
