Dobrý den, mám problém, už po třetí jsem bx1 reklamoval, ale stále mi nehraje jedno sluchátku. Když bx1 nabiju a spustím, vše jde vpořádku, ale až spustím po druhé další den problém přetrvává. Můžete mi poradit ? Mám mobil HTC one M7. Nemůže to být třeba mobilem ?

Dobrý den,
Váš dotaz jsem předal dodavateli, který by se sem do diskuze měl k tomu vyjádřit. Nicméně problém s připojením můžete vyloučit tak, že si zapnete rádio, pokud nebudou hrát obě sluchátka... To pak nemá s telefonem nic společného...

Dle infa dodavatele to může být i mobilem. Prosím otestujte jak jsem říkal, potom zkuste připojit jiný mobil, pokud bude blbnout prosím reklamovat a jestli jste už reklamoval 3x tak vyměníme. Kdyby byl nějaký problém napište mi [email protected]
