moc se omluvám, ale dodatečně jsem našla oznámení od vás, že zboží je dlouhodobě nedostupné -objednávka 164378151.
Jednalo se o nedorozumění, domnívala jsem se, že byla objednávka z vaší strany automaticky zrušena bez předchozího upozornění.

Dobrý den,
zadala jsem 8.1. objednávku 164378151, dne 30.1. mi přišel mail s tim, že zboží bude cca 18.2. a dnes je objednávka zrušena !
Tuto jsem vůbec nerušila a stačila by informace, že zboží není k sehnáná !!
Děkuji za vaše vyjádření a rozhodně bych to od E shopu jako jste vy nečekala.
