I have a question about the Back height adjustment. When trying to adjust the position higher, it's simply going back to the initial position. I don't hear any clicks, doesn't seem to fixate on a different level. Am I missing something?

Hello,
The backrest height automatically stops at the desired position once lifted — there is no audible clicking sound, the chair should lock into place automatically.
After pulling the lever, the backrest will automatically slide back down.
