v manuálu je napsáno že napětí varné desky je 230V, v popisu produktu je napsáno 400V, jaká informace je tedy pravdivá ?

pravdivé jsou obě informace.
Výrobek má 6kW a proto je běžné připojení na 400V - 5žilný kabel vyvedený doma ze zdi.
Nebo jej lze připojit na 230V, ale na 32A jistič na samostatném zásuvkovém okruhu mimo hlavní bytový jistič (20A nebo 25A)
Pokud potřebujete desku na 230V/16A , pak se jedná o model VDST 650 FF.
