Dobry den tyme Alza,
prislo mi nejake upozorneni, na vraceni 449,- Kc. Z toho usuzuji, ze se jedna o lahev termo 800ml. Na strankach pisete, ocekavany cas vyrizeni, 17.12.20. Mohu vas pozadat o ujisteni, ze produkt bude k dispozici do stedreho dne, lepe dorucen do stedreho dne? Jestli chapu spravne, chcete mi za nej vratit penize.
