Dobrý den, objednal jsem si tento vysacač jako Rozbalený. U noných výrobní vidím, že v názvu je uvedeno 5letá záruka při současném zakoupení sáčků GN HyClean XXL a následné registraci. Prodloužení záruky se vztahuje u na rozbalené výrobky? Popřípadě lze nějak ověřit, zda tuto službu nevyužil předchozí kupující?

Dobrý den, děkujeme za dotaz. V oficiálních podmínkách akce není zmínka o tom, že by vysavač musel být nutně nový. Pro úspěšnou registraci je ovšem potřeba mít na jedné faktuře vysavač a XXL balení sáčků. Více informací k podmínkám akce najdete zde: External Link Co se týče ověření, tak předchozí kupující neměl na faktuře XXL sáčky, tudíž nemohlo ani dojít k úspěšné registraci.
