Výrobek mám dva měsíce a jeho zvlhčovací výkon klesl na polovinu. To je myslím důvod k reklamaci?

Zakoupil jsem tento zvlhčovač a první den bylo vše v poradku. Od druhého dne ale nejde měnit barva podsvícení. Celá aplikace je funkční, ale změna barvy nejde vůbec zvolit. Zkusil jsem odinstalovat aplikaci i odebrání a znovu přidání zařízení. Stále svítí pouze výchozí žluté.Čím to muže být? Díky

Zvlhčovač podporuje ovládání barev pouze u verze 3.0, zatímco 2.0 tuto možnost nepodporuje. Verzi si můžete ověřit v aplikaci Meross.

If you take in consideration that during winter time is humudity only cca 10-20% then humidifier seems to be helpfull. We are using it even during summer, as air is more comfortable and feeling that is colder even in realuty is not.
