V čem jsou na vašem displeji měřeny kalorie? Mám podstolní cyklotrenažér, šlapal jsem 50 minut rychlostí okolo 12 km/h, ale na displeji se mi ukázalo jen 4,5 kalorie. To mi přijde velmi málo. Můžete mi prosím objasnit, jak je to počítáno?

u těchto jednoduchých strojů je údaj „kalorie“ jen orientační – počítá se z otáček/vzdálenosti podle pevného algoritmu, bez vaší hmotnosti a dalších údajů. Proto čísla často vůbec neodpovídají reálnému výdeji.
Hodnota 4,5 nejspíš neznamená 4,5 kcal, ale nějaký vnitřní index výrobce. Pro reálnější odhad spálených kalorií je lepší použít sportovní hodinky nebo aplikaci v mobilu a trenažér brát hlavně jako měřič času a „vzdálenosti“.
