Orteza je symetricka a pasuje na obe nohy. Zapinanie pevnych pasov spevnujucich clenok je riesene suchym zipsom veducim zvislo na vnutornej a vonkajsej strane nohy. Nakoniec sa nad clenkom konce pasov prekryju dalsim pasom, tentoraz elastickym. Cele je to mimoriadne pevne.
