Is this 3 metres or 10 metres. I received only 3 metres and the claims doesn't seem to work at the moment. I can come to a store and swap for the 10 metre lights?

it´s just 3 metres long. If you want to buy longer one, you have to bring it back to our store and make a new order for another one.
