Makita DLM382Z (380 mm, 2×18V LXT) s dvěma 3Ah bateriemi (BL1830B) zvládne posekat přibližně 300–400 m2 na jedno nabití, podle podmínek. Výdrž závisí na hustotě trávy, výšce sečení (20–75 mm, 13 poloh), terénu a stylu sečení (sběr do 40l koše nebo mulčování). Pro srovnání, s 6Ah bateriemi (BL1860B) se udává až 560 m2.
