Dobrý den, před cca 14 dny jsem u ALZA v Holešovicích zakoupil Gymnastický míč Sissel - Cvičební balón Securemax 75cm, Objednávka číslo: 168329091. Vše je zdánlivě v pořádku - na obalu je napsán průměr 75 cm, na míči je (zřejmě už od výrobce) nalepena folii udávající průměr 75 cm. Když míč naplno nafouknu, je to průměr 55 cm... Vyměníte mi míč za stejný, ale SKUTEČNĚ o průměru 75 cm či mi vrátíte peníze? Děkuji, PN.
