v balení sušičky jsou dvě packy pro spojení pračky a sušičky při umístění sušičky na pračku. U výrobků LG není možné spojovat ničím jiným. Při montáži je třeba dávat pozor, aby se packy správně natočily podle hloubky pračky.
Bohužel jsme zjistila, že montážní firma Alza Exress je v tomto naprosto neproškolená, musela jsem je přesvědčovat, že výrobky lze spojit a čím, na místě pak studovali návod a ve výsledku spotřebiče smontovali špatně, protože packy přišroubovali obráceně. Svépomocí jsem musela chybu napravovat, bez toho by nebylo možné spotřebiče použít, protože sušička stála předními nožičkami na přední masce pračky, tedy i na zásuvce na prací prostředky, navíc hrozilo převrácení dopředu. Ve dvou jsme to ale přemontovali do správné polohy.
