Dobrý den, tento model podporuje pouze 8GB RAM, navýšení na 16GB není možné.

Oficiální stránky Lenovo píšou, že série 500 podporuje RAM až do 16 GB. Takže navýšit lze určitě, ale uživatel přijde zřejmě o záruku.
