produkt ma deklarovanu 3 rocnu zaruku onsite, 2 rocnu zakladnu zaruku. produkt bol zakupeny 30.10 ale vstavane lenovo tools-y ukazuju zaciatok vsetkych zaruk od 2.2.2018 . v mojom pripade prichadzam o 8 mesiacov zaruky.

Dobrý den, zařízení počítá záruku od doby, kdy došlo k naskladnění produktu. Nedokáže a ani nemůže si přes internet záruku elektronicky aktivovat. Proto je tento údaj jen a pouze orientační. Záruka závisí vždy jen na faktuře a datumu zde uvedeném. Pokud nastane problém a bude zařízení potřeba opravit, pak servisní technik upraví záruku v interním systému Lenovo dle záruky na faktuře. Rozhodně nepřicházíte ani o den ze záruky, kterou jste se zařízením získal.
