Bohužel, přesnější informace by Vám poskytla naše infolinka, nicméně dle mých informací nikoli, jelikož, cituji z našeho reklamačního řádu, "Jestliže produkt kupujete na Firmu, nebo na IČO, pak máte možnost uplatnit vadu pouze v rozsahu měsíců, které jsou vyznačeny na faktuře vydané při odebrání zboží, nebo podle dohodnutých podmínek přímo s prodejcem Alza.cz (musí být písemně sepsáno v kupní smlouvě)."
