Jak mám stáhnout licence k tomuto produktu? Postupovala jsem přesně podle návodu uvedeného na vaší stránce Elektronické licence. Založila sem si účet na www.Lenovo, avšak nedokázala jsem z jejich webu své licence (Bezstarostný servis Lenovo a Lenovo Premium care) stáhnout - nikde jsem nenašla možnost stáhnout software bez předchozího zakoupení a nového zaplacení. Proto nemohu dál pokračovat v aktivaci licencí. Můžete mi pomoci s instalací?
