Dobrý den, mám z Alzy notebook Lenovo IdeaPad S-340-15IIL Platinum Grey. Těsně před koncem záruky mi přestala fungovat klávesa PrtSc, přičemž byla používána velmi málo. Vzhledem k tomu, že v servisu mi bylo sděleno, že oprava by trvala 14 - 30 dní, možnost záruční opravy jsme nevyužili.
Prosím, má někdo zkušenost, v čem může být chyba?
