dobrý den mám od vás pc kde byly windows 8 a k tomu aktualizace na win10 zdarma. nyní jsem musel pc přeinstalovat ze zálohy z důvodu špatné prvotní instalace od Vás, kde nenungovala grafická karta a PC nejelo na 100% . nyní se mi vrátilo opět se zálohy win 8 a nejde mi aktualizovat legálně na win10.... co se s tím dá dělat, díky

Aktualizace zdarma z windows 8 na win 10 neproběhnou kompletně. Máte pravdu, grafická karta chybí. Buďto si ji stáhnete samostatně z webu, nebo si ponechte původní win 8, kde se vám původní grafická karta vrátila. Windows 8 je spolehlivější a automatické aktualizace jednou měsíčně každého 15-16 jsou bezproblémové. Doporučuji nechat win 8.
