nejdříve je nutné vrátit původní produkt - stromeček, to můžete buď přímo na pobočce nebo přes AlzaBox a to tak, že v rozhraní aplikace nebo webových stránek vyplníte formulář (více zde https://www.alza.cz/contact/my-claims.htm?qid=357) a zboží následně odnesete do AlzaBoxu, poté Vám budou vráceny peníze za stromeček.
Následně si můžete vybrat a objednat cokoliv z řady Ninjago :)
