Kubisport GB9000K má bezkartáčový DC motor (3,0–3,5 HP). Pro delší chůzi (5–8 hodin denně) je méně vhodný, protože DC motory mohou při dlouhodobém použití přehřívat. Doporučuje se AC motor pro komerční pásy, které zvládají intenzivní zátěž.
