Dobrý den, tato sluchátka mám asi 4 měsíce a bez zjevné příčiny se poškodil kabel poblíž konektoru. Ráda bych uplatnila záruku - pro případ, že by toto poškození bylo shledáno jako neúměrné opotřebení, je možné uplatnit limited lifetime warranty? Informace o ní je na krabičce i na letáčku uvnitř, ale certifikát jsem neobdržela zvlášť, ani není v krabičce. Přehlédla jsem ho, nebo byla sluchátka bez něj, ač na krabičce je toto avizováno? Děkuji
