Dobrý deň, neviem či som správna osoba na odpoveď, ani či máte rovnaký problém ako ja. Môj bol vyriešený po mailovej komunikácii s veľmi ochotným tímom stránky Alza. Ja som po zakúpení licencie nevidela na svojom konte aktivačný kľúč. Dostala som pokyn prihlásiť sa do svojho účtu na Alze cez Google Chrome. Tým to bolo vyriešené. Mohlo ma to skôr napadnúť, že problém bude v prehliadači. Stalo sa mi to už viackrát, ale z úplne iných dôvodov.
