U vámi objednaného produktu 1x BABY6000 v objednávce 171861276 bylo zjištěno poškození a zboží je v tomto stavu neprodejné. Bohužel další kusy nejsou k dispozici. A zde vidím, že je 10+ na skladě, nikdo mi neodpovídá, tak už nevím kam napsat, mám na faktuře, že došlo k přeplatku a toto zboží mi nebylo do zásilky přidáno, tak jak to tedy je ?

Bude pravděpodobně nutné vytvořit novou objednávku. Ta s uvedeným číslem již tedy byla odeslána bez uvedeného zboží z důvodu jeho poškození a finanční přeplatek byl vrácen.
