Zkuste sluchátka odpojit od všech zařízení a vymazat ze seznamu zařízení. Poté je resetujte: umístěte sluchátka do nabíjecího pouzdra, dejte pouzdro spolu se sluchátky nabíjet; stiskněte tlačítko na pravém sluchátku (zatímco jsou sluchátka v pouzdře a probíhá nabíjení) po dobu cca 5 vteřin; LED světlo na sluchátkách by mělo zhasnout a opět se rozsvítit; reset je dokončen. Pokud by po resetování byl stále problém, obraťte se prosím na servis JBL.
