Tati a proč jsem nedostal k narozeninám ten iPhone 13 mini?
No víš, Alza mi v objednávce psala, že očekává doručení objednávky 23.11. den před tvýma narozeninami, bohužel se to bez jakékoliv zmínky automaticky změnilo na 27.11. a já tě musel zklamat o slibovaný dárek víš..
Doporučil bych Vám psát radši, že nevíte dobu doručení než ji 2x a víc měnit a tím "klamat" zákazníka. Nemyslíte?

Hello, unfortunately there is no response from your side on the availability of the phone after the 24th of september delay. I pre-ordered from Alza to have the phone when it first gets released, How do you plan on solving this issue? Is the ETA of 28 of september a realistic one? I would rather have a realistic ETA than a correct one.
To note: our friends who ordered from other stores got their phones already...
