Dobrý deň. Svetlo mám zapojené a funkčné, no nedarí sa mi ho spárovať s aplikáciou Tuya a taktiež ho nie je možné spárovať s príslušným diaľkovým ovládačom. Pokúšal som sa svetlo reštartovať podľa inštrukcií (On/Off 5x) no nerozblikalo sa a neuviedlo sa do reštartovacieho módu. Vedeli by ste mi nejako poradiť? Ďakujem veľmi pekne.

Dobrý den,
pokud nemáte chytrou bránu Immax NEO PRO, tak světlo do aplikace nedostanete. Jedná se o zigbee zařízení, takže potřebujete bránu. Na ovladač jde napárovat i bez brány. Pokud vám to nejde, tak se prosím obraťte na [email protected]. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, bude mi prosím světlo fungovat, když nechci využívat "smart" funkčnosti? Tedy ho zapínat a vypínat jen standardně vypínačem bez nutnosti ještě cokoli nastavovat v aplikaci? Díky za odpověď.
