v případě, že máte k telefonu zakoupenou službu pojištění proti rozbití a krádeži, tak je možné tuto službu uplatnit. V opačném případě se telefon dá zaslat do servisu Applu na placenou opravu. Ochranné sklo bohužel nezaručuje 100% ochranu telefonu.
