Dobrý den, potřebovala bych pomoci ohledně zapojení Dokovací stanice. Mám NTB HP 255 G8 a ráda bych přes dokovací stanici na ntb napojila 2 monitory. Zakoupili jsme produkt USB-C Metal Nano Dock HDMI/VGA with LAN a po zapojení se nám stále nedaří stanici spustit a napojit se na dva monitory. Poradíte mi prosím, co je potřeba jiného zakoupit, popř zda tento ntb dokovací stanici podporuje?

Dobry den. Vas notebook nepodporuje zminenou/zakoupenou dokovaci stanici. Ta navic nepodporuje rozsirenou plochu na 2x LCD, pouze zrcadleni (viz. popis). Vasemu notebooku chybi USB-C port s video vystupem, tzv. Display Port Alternate Mode, ma pouze data (External Link Resenim je tato dokovaci stanice, ktera funguje na jinem principu: https://www.alza.cz/i-tec-usb-3-0-usb-c-tb3-3x-display-metal-nano-dock-with-lan-pd-100-w-d7667211.htm?evt=ac Nezapomente si prosim stahnout a nainstalovat ovladace z External Link S Vasim NB bude mit tato dokovaci stanice video vystup na 2x LCD (HDMI + VGA).
